Pre-Visit
A few days before your appointment, you’ll receive a digital confirmation for our upcoming appointment together. You can also expect to receive your Appointment Customization Form, allowing you to pick favorite seasonal goodies, complementary beverages and snacks, services amenities, and more!

Your First Appointment

Parking
I am located in a private suite at Sola Salons. 585 W Nees Ave Suite 110, Fresno CA. 93711. I will be down the hall in Studio 21.
There is plenty of parking, so don't worry about a thing!

When you arrive
From the moment you walk through the door, I am dedicated to making sure you feel right at home. Once we get you all settled and comfy, I will take the time to go over your digital form in person and to listen to your needs and desires,. I will offer a few follow up questions about your hair struggles, short term and long term goals, and current hair care regimen. I would also love to answer any questions you may have for me. I believe that communication is key and you deserve my undivided attention and care.
During Your Appointment:
While I get to work, you will be able to relax with one of my beverage and snack options, work on your laptop, chit chat with me, or bring that book you have been dying to finish! A "Relax and Rest" service is always a welcome option for my fellow introverts!

Keeping Everyone Healthy
To limit the amount of people in the salon, only guests receiving services may be allowed into the salon.*
Stations and Tools are disinfected in between every service.

Currently, it is not a requirement to wear a mask inside the salon. However, you are more than welcome to wear one if you feel more comfortable doing so. If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment for a later date.

This has been a weird few years and we do our absolute best to ensure the health of every client.

Salon Policies

Cancellation & Rescheduling
In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to all guests, 24 hours advance notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hour notice will result in a Cancellation Fee equal to approximately 50% of the service price.
Late Arrivals
Services for clients running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and Cancellation Fees will apply.
Adjustments & Product Exchanges
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your hair, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit within 30 days of your initial purchase.
